To that end, school nurses facilitate positive student responses to normal development; promote health and safety; intervene with actual and potential health problems; provide case management services; and actively collaborate with others to build student and family capacity for adaptation, self management, self advocacy, and learning."
Help Us Take Care of Your Child Please call the nurse's office or send us a note to let us know of any change in your child's health or medication(click here) . Be sure to let us know of any significant health problems such as surgery, illnesses, allergies, diabetes, seizures, asthma, heart or lung problems, ADD/ADHD, psychological problems, trouble eating or going to the bathroom, etc. We want to take good care of your child but can't do it without your help!
